For CoboldPC 2008 please make sure that the following drivers are
installed:

HPTDC (depending on WinDrvr6, File Version 9.2.0.0)
For CoboldPC 2011 please make sure that the following drivers are
installed:
- HPTDC 3.4.2 (depending on WinDrvr6, File Version 10.1.0.0)
the driver is available for x86 Windows XP and Windows 7 as well as for x64 Windows 7
there is a version for unmanaged as well as managed projects
download the driver here.
There are no driver files available for HM1, TDC8 or CCC1
modules. If the hardware manager is detecting a new device after you have
inserted the IO card or TDC then follow the description. After a while of
searching in the default areas for driver files the hardware installation
wizard will tell you that there a no drivers available. Then it offers you to
ignore that device. Confirm this option. After that the hardware wizard will no
longer pop up for this device.

included in the CoboldPC 2008 or 2011 Download version.
